Access to knowledge and instructional materials has dramatically changed in the digital age. Many people have relied on various online resources in many fields, depending on the degree of ease of access to the internet and technological development. As a result, online platforms for instruction have become a significant element of the educational landscape, whereby users can engage in education that is self-paced, accessible, and often inexpensive. There exist tutorial websites that will teach people from different backgrounds - students, professionals, hobbies, and so forth. These websites cater for a wide range of the learner's background as they teach all types of skills, from how-to guides to more technical topics.
Improves the software skills of students and teachers at MARANATHA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY
Provide accessible and interactive online resources
Empower students to learn new things about their computers
This research aims to demonstrate to students-and teachers-how to troubleshoot and use software applications to create documents, etc. Because technology has now touched every aspect of human life, educational institutions should equip their students with digital skills for a favorable success in modern times
This study aims to develop a tutorial website, called the Digital Skill Hub, at the Maranatha Christian Academy of Novaliches. The main objective is to increase the digital literacy of teachers and students by developing Internet access and interactive online tools so that they may be able to learn basic software capabilities online. The research will focus on five software applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Lightroom. The participants will include 135 high school students and 15 teachers from the academy.
Learners actively construct knowledge through personal experience and interaction with their environment as advanced in notable theorists such as Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky. This kind of learning is the Constructivist Learning Theory. It values the role of hands-on, experiential learning by which students interact with the material meaningfully.
Active learning theories assert that the effectiveness of the learning process is a great increase when students are able to engage actively rather than just serving as passive recipients of information. It focuses on the level of interactive participation in carrying out educational activities rather than mere information absorption.
ALTERNATIVE HYPOTHESIS
The tutorial website is effective for students and teachers in learning essential software skills.

One of the most popular methods for developing 21st-century skills is integrated curriculum, which usually requires the use of separate materials in book format. However, web-based learning is the latest form of online education that can be accessed from any location and at any time through an internet connection. Though web-based learning is very convenient, most educational platforms forget the essential principles of effective teaching and learning practices. (Astuti et al., 2020).
IT has changed a wide range of industries, but one of the most dramatic changes is evident in the academic world. In this world of globalization, where everything is interrelated, the incorporation of IT into teaching and learning has transformed these processes. Teaching and learning methods have changed to incorporate the use of technology, making it an essential component of the new learning process. The traditional face-to-face classroom approach has been supplanted by distance learning, which allows students to access their courses online. Through distance learning, the internet enables institutions of learning to get the content across to learners effectively and interact with the learners. This mode of learning is also called online learning or e-learning (Abdillah et al., 2021).
A research paper entitled "LINYA: Name Entity Recognition Web-Based Text Annotation" clarifies the creation of a web-based text annotation tool designed to boost the participation and interest of students in the learning environments under the challenging aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study emphasizes the need for interactive tools to foster active learning and improve learners' comprehension skills. The use of named entity recognition technology allows LINYA to annotate texts with a great deal of effectiveness, which will enhance the interpretation of the text. The usability study carried out during this research received positive feedback from the participants that such tools greatly enhance the learning experience online. This research goes to show that web-based applications can be effectively used to supplement educational methods as well as support the changing requirements of learners in the digital arena. (Rodriguez et al., 2022)
he study "The Effectiveness of a Customized Online Collaboration Tool for Teaching and Learning" was conducted in the Philippines. A specialized digital platform developed at a university was assessed to find out its contribution to the facilitation of collaborative learning. This study brings to the fore the importance of personalized online instruments in improving communication and interaction among students, which eventually leads to an increase in engagement and participation within the educational experience. This tool should provide functionalities in alignment with both student and instructor needs to be a tool enhancing instruction effectiveness and success. From this study, findings suggest that besides building a community among the learners, the websites are developing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities through collaborative endeavors. (Tarun, I. M. 2019).
Experimental research design involves manipulating independent variables to observe their effect on a dependent variable, controlling for other variables to establish cause-and-effect relationships.
For this research project, there was a selection process conducted to include high school students and teachers from Maranatha Christian Academy of Novaliches as the primary respondents. This particular group was chosen because their software skills will be tested in detail.
The survey was designed as a questionnaire to determine the efficacy of the Digital Skill Hub in Maranatha Christian Academy of Novaliches.
The most important tool to be utilized in gathering information for the study was questionnaires. This questionnaire was distributed to these high school students and the teachers in Maranatha Christian Academy of Novaliches. These questionnaires were distributed and answered.
The survey was created using Google Forms. The survey form was then distributed in the school group chat on each grade level in High school and was sent to teachers through private messages
