As shown in number 9 figure, 31.3% of respondents answered that their skills is at level 1 (52), 30.7% of respondents answered that their skills is only at level 2 (51), 26.5% of respondents answered that their skill is only at level 3 (44), 9.6%of respondents answered that their skills is only at level 4 (16), while the 1.8% of respondents answered that their skills is at level 5 (3).

The results convey that a majority of the respondents show a significant interest in computer management. Like common issues, as we have stated on our survey, (storage problems, no internet connection, etc.) despite their interest, they rate themselves relatively low regarding their skill in computer management. With majority of them see themselves as having low expertise
The results show a significant need for educational resources that help individuals facing these problems.
